TyRex April Archives 2022

April was an exciting month for the TyRex Technology Family. We started the month with the 2022 AMUG Conference, and we finished it off with some great insight into iRex’s commitment to going above and beyond for their clients.

Every year, the Additive Manufacturing Users Group (AMUG) hosts a conference that brings together engineers, designers, and educators from across the globe to share their knowledge, challenges, and developments in additive manufacturing technology. This year, our TyRex Family was able to send some representatives to not only learn more about the state of additive manufacturing today, but to also compete in the AMUG technical competition and share the recent research from our STG 4 Fronts organization via 3D printed gratitude coins.

“Everyone that I visited with was very excited about manufacturing coming back to the US and was positive about the current economy. I strongly believe TyRex is in a very unique position due to our comprehensive capabilities, unwavering resourcefulness, and continued commitment to evolve.”

Andrew Cooper, TyRex Group CEO & Partner

The team at iRex continued to show their ability to go above and beyond for their clients in their newest Under the Wire video. Using their technical expertise and versatile manufacturing capabilities, iRex was given permission to redesign and 3D print a custom grommet for a client. Their new design and cost-efficient production process avoided supply chain issues.
