Coach’s Corner – Q3, 2021

I am personally very proud of the TyRex Tribune newsletter as it features the TyRex Technology Business Family as a multi-generational, multi-family business entity. It would have been nice to win the Austin Business Journal’s Family Business Award this year, but apparently, the 26 years of TyRex business was not to be this year. It seems the winners had double the number of TyRex years as a family business. Congratulations to all!

However, the nomination for the award provided a special look for who TyRex really is as a Professional Entrpreneur® business that is SPECIAL by Design®. As a Business Family TyRex tries very hard to take care of each and every member of our family, see TyRex Kudos & Acknowledgements, Employee Milestones and the Independence Day Event. When we say SPECIAL by Design®, we really do mean it. Our goal is to provide a unique place to work and have an ambition to be known as a destination place to work and provide growth in multiple areas to each of our TyRex Family members.

To add to the special label, how many businesses, especially technology businesses have their own dinosaur museum? As the COVID-19 crisis continues to fade away (now for a second or third time) we hope to open our doors for interested customers, vendors as well as our professional support entities and individuals to come and take our TyRex Technology & Dinosaur Tour. I promise you it will be unique. Also, we are planning some special occasions that include our whole TyRex Technology Business families.
